group.reservations@vacasa.com with the Subject Line: KAPA 2025 / Main Street Station / Dates Booked / Confirmation.
.Once the email is received, the group code and discount will be applied and an
email confirmation will be issued. For bookings made on vacasa.com, within 30 days of arrival, full payment
will be processed and the difference will be reimbursed at the time of the rate adjustment
